Client Satisfaction Survey
At Northland Cares, our first priority is the care, safety, and comfort of our patients and their families. Listening to patients will continue to help us deliver the highest quality of care and services. In May of 2021, a Client Satisfaction Survey was presented to a portion of clients who came in the office during an 8 week period.
The results are compiled in the graphics below. The clients have spoken, and Northland Cares has heard you. Over the summer of 2021, we will begin offering all established clients access to a Patient Portal. We will also be providing more information to our clients regarding how to report problems with or suggestions for the services they receive. We appreciate hearing success stories, as well.
